RentalMatchHQ uses rental criteria you choose to calculate matches against current inventory. The initial match flow does not require your name or email. Contact information is collected only when you choose to save a match, request a showing, send an inquiry or manage a listing.

Do not submit protected-class characteristics or unnecessary sensitive information as rental preferences. The matching engine is designed around housing requirements and listing facts, not applicant screening or tenant selection.

Saved match profiles can be compared with newly confirmed inventory so the search can keep working. Listing managers receive only the information necessary for the inquiry/showing workflow you initiate.
