RentalMatchHQ is a rental-matching marketplace. It does not own, lease, manage, inspect or guarantee listed properties, approve applicants, or make tenant-selection decisions. Owners and managers remain responsible for listing accuracy, availability, screening and compliance with applicable housing law.

Matching uses housing criteria supplied by the renter—such as market, budget, timing, bedrooms and property features—plus listing freshness and availability signals. Protected-class characteristics are not matching inputs. Organic match order is not sold to a property owner or manager.

Initial match calculation can be used without providing contact information. If you later save a match, request a showing or send an inquiry, the information you submit is used for that workflow. Availability and match explanations are informational and can change as inventory changes.
